The Motel Side of Things!

The Motel at The Red Barn & Motel:

Hi, Welcome to Elwood!  At The Red Barn & Motel, we provide 5 very clean and air-conditioned rooms.

Check-In time: 2pm and Check-Out time: 11am.
The fees are as follows:
$59.00 for all single-bed rooms.
$69.00 for all double-bed rooms.
$79.00 for double-bed room with 4 people occupancy.
No AARP discounts or other specialty-credit-card discounts available, sorry!

These are all "outside-entrance" rooms, meaning there are no inside hallways or attached rooms. The rooms are also non-smoking with cable t.v.

Rooms 1, 3, and 5 are floor level. Room 1 and 5 have double queen beds. Both rooms 1 and 5 have mini-fridges. Room 3 is handicap accessible.

Rooms 2 and 4 are upper level rooms with outside steps to entrances.  Room 4 has a roll-a-way bed for more guests that requires a usage fee of $10.

Pets are welcome, but require a non-refundable fee of $10 per pet.

A fee of $5 is also charged for each key to rooms. This is refunded when you check out.

Parking is permitted on the East and West sides of the Motel for guests. Please do not angle or parallel park in front of your rooms.

We DO NOT request Credit Card confirmation, but do require that you pay for all the rooms and nights reserved the day of check-in.
CANCELLATIONS: you are never charged for a cancellation, but we would appreciate it if you would call within 24 hours to cancel your reservations.
